Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. When your order has shipped, you will receive another email.

Orders are usually shipped via EMS (International Express Mail). You will usually receive your order within 3-5 business days. P

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If a courier could not find your location, and return the shippment to us, we will re-send your order to the same address or your alternative address (if available). But please keep in mind that you are responsible for the re-sending fee.


For international Customers (outside Japan):

We can ship to international customers.
International customers usually receive their order within 3 to 5 business days. (It depends on country or city you live and the speed of customs clearance.) Duties and Taxes are not included in your order.

You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and other charges imposed for customs or importing goods into your country.These charges vary by country. For more details, please contact customs office in your country.

In principle, we do not accept any returns. All sales are final. Defective products (bad disc which any DVD drives can not read) will be exchanged for the same product for a period of 30 days. From the nature of the products, no refunds will be given for products once you purchased.
