we need following information to activate your discount account.
- your user ID (e-mail address) for Prominy sound shop.
- photocopy of your student ID
- your mailing address
- physical address and phone number of the school where you study
You can send it by fax, by regular mail or send a scanned image(jpg or
gif ) by e-mail.
(An e-mail is the best way. we can process your application faster.)
